А, пардон, не так понял (выразился). Я думал имеется переведённый бэк инквизиторского рулбука, было бы любопытно взглянуть, не только торповский Thorian Sourcebook (хотя и он, насколько я вижу переведён лишь частично, всего пара первых страниц).

А то поискам просто горы тем [ну уж нет]одятся Кстати, Френч дал большое интервью о серии вообще и о романе в частности, если кому интересно: JOHN FRENCH TALKS THE HORUSIAN WARS Из интересного, Короче у Френча свои хоруситские войны, версия 2.0 =) Кстати, Agent of the Throne (аудиодрама Blood and Lies на подходе, вторая пишется) это серия "внутри" основной серии Horusian Wars., именно поэтому в романе Resurrection не присутствуют персонажи Mylasa и Ianthe из рассказов The Maiden of the Dream и The Purity of Ignorance, если я правильно понимаю.

В предверии выхода книги Френч на warhammer-community.com рассказывает немного про книгу. Из интересного присутствует вот эта фраза: Кому термин не знаком, вот ссылка на статью на лексикануме: The Time of Ending refers to the last centuries of the 41st Millennium.[1b] It began c.750.M41, following the Imperium's first encounter with the extragalactic Tyranid threat. То есть это таки текущий таймлайн, получается.

А я вот жду с нетерпением, надеюсь, кино ожидания оправдает. На выходных обязательно схожу посмотрю.

По поводу порядка чтения серии, народ поспрашивал автора и пока получается примерно так: The Absolution of Swords (прямой приквел к роману) The Horusian Wars: Resurrection (сам роман) The Blessing of Saints (рассказ из лимитки) The Maiden of the Dream The Purity of Ignorance (этот рассказ больше связан с аудиодрамой) Agent of the Throne: Blood and Lies (аудиодрама)

Завтрашняя Digital Monday Short Story (снова старая и уже переведённая) несколько преждевременно засветилась на warhammer-community Signal to Noise A message from the dawn of the Imperium causes problems on a Black Templars starship in today’s new digital Quick Read – at the same time as drukhari raiders attack! Я, наверное, слишком стар) Когда рубился ночами в старик по локалке в ночных клубах никаких дисрапторов там не было)) Это что-то из последнего? С тем же принципом действия? И как его там перевели? Кстати, кто Star Trek'ом всё же интересуется, как там в официальных переводах?

Дык я сдался уже если что :P Оокей) Логическая цепочка: вспышка огня - прижигает, вспышка холода - замораживает, вспышка электричества - бьёт током, вспышка расщепителя - ??? :D Во вселенной звёздного пути кстати тоже есть такие девайсы с таким же принципом действия Русская википедия говорит что это Дизрапторы Хотя расщепитель тоже иногда встречается.

Забавно что Райту на это ответил Кайм который сейчас редактор вместо Голдинга :rolleyes:
