With all the rumors flying around about Dark Angels and the bogus ones concerning Orks, I find it amazing that no one has mentioned anything about one codex that is in need of the most love. Before I talk about that, I want to add to the chorus that Dark Angels are heading our way Jan or Feb.

Now back to why you are reading this in the first place, the Black Templars, well I got some news for you!

And sadly, you’re probably not going to like it.

Earlier this year I was told that Black Templars would be getting the White Dwarf treatment aka like Sisters of Battle. Then earlier this month Robin Cruddace teased everyone a little bit by not confirming or denying they would get folded into the next Space Marine codex.

So after doing a bit of investigating I want to confirm that Black Templars are still on track for the White Dwarf treatment by summer 2013 at the latest. Now I do have one caveat: it could very well mean they are getting an “update” not a White Dwarf codex, but all I am hearing is a two issue White Dwarf codex to bring them in-line with 6th edition.

More importantly what changes are we are looking at?

While detailed specifics are hard to come by this is what I got so far.

Vows are gone, but are now folded into specific Black Templar Warlord Traits and have changed dramatically. Unique characters including the Emperor’s Champion will get specific ones.

The Emperors Champion is not required taking.

“No Pity, No Remorse, No Fear” & “Righteous Zeal” are Crusader & Zealot with various conditions. Expect various additional rules to kick in when Black Templars start dying.

“Abhor the Witch” is staying

Neophytes have their own unit lead by an Initiate (flip of Fluff and rules here a bit, but makes sense)

Rumored to be gone.

“They Shall know no Fear” Zealot to fill the gap my guess.

“Tank Hunters”

That is all I have for now, this one is still a bit away so will be interesting to see if anything changes as we get closer.

Q4 2013 40k goes to Eldar supposedly, so will be early/late Q4 2013/Q1 2014. May be Q3 2013. Not entirely sure. There will be a codex release and there may be a WD/model release earlier. That would push the codex back though.

Kit released for harpy that will make a second FMC - current playtest name hydra. Harpy will remain anti-infantry, hydra to be anti flyer/vehicle.

Synapse will go back to giving eternal warrior - and instinctive behavior will be radically changed.

For other new kits - nothing major. Prime plastic kit, shrike upgrade pack, and lastly, a new MC that is built off of infiltrating and will have a snacking rule similar to the fantasy ghorgon.

next two Rumors should be taken with even more salt then normal - there will be multiple large plastic kit that is a multiple option kit that can make warriors/zoanthropes/lictors, one that can make venomthropes/raveners, and one that will make biovores/pyrovores and one for tyrant guard/hive guard. The finecast models are getting changed up a bit - will move to plastic. Also, some of these kits may be condensed into one box. Secondly - Ward is writing the dex. Extra salt here folks - extra salt.

Once again, keep in mind this is a long ways off and these are playtest rules.

Next White Dwarf will feature aerial battle using campaign of fire rules and NEW flyers

Tau receive a flyer and data sheet for it. Fast attack choice. Armor 11 all around. Non tau pilot. Looks like a manta ray flying backwards. Bs 4 super sonic. S6 ap4 missiles. Off center gun heavy 6 str 5 ap 4 twin linked or single small blast Str 8 ap 2.

Eldar flyer and data sheet for it. Very similar stats to dark eldar flyer has missile lock, has distortion missiles.smaller fighter looks like elongated vyper.

The harpy for tyranids. Nothing to note. Not a dual kit.

The final surprise. A fourth flyer. The long awaited dark eldar bomber.

Напоминаю, что текущия версия является открытой бетой, и многие армии до сих пор не подогнаны под шестую редакцию книги правил. Вы уж извините

Народ, убедительно прошу - на первых порах внимательно проверяйте

- Цены на все опции

- Правильность описания и наличие грамматических ошибок в опциях

- Наличие выбранных вами позиций при экспорте в саммари и фулл-ростер / печати

Хочу поскорее отсеять все ошибки и выпустить фикс.

A new 40k supplement book will be released on 16th February:

"Death from the Skies" (26?, mail order only, chance of being in English only).

More when I know more. But it certainly sounds like a flyer supplement.

We are talking about a book a bit cheaper than Planetstrike (maybe Ј20.00 or so), so the book is thin and not hardcover like SOM.

BTW not the first time, that model releases from second half of the month were kept secret from WD and traders, so I wouldn't completely rule out some flyers (e.g. the 4 rumoured ones) being released, say, 23rd February, although I am just guessing. Remember the trench box?

Now that everyone has ordered their redundant Death from the Skies it is time to move on to the next "impeding" release: Deamons. I am one to think that they aren't coming out just yet, but maybe with the April release. With rules rumors being hard to come by let us look at some obvious ones right in front us and others not so much.

As most people realize Daemons will lose both Fearless and Eternal Warrior replaced with 5+ invulnerable and Fear. Eternal Warrior never really made sense in the grand scheme of things anyway because wouldn't Force Weapons be perfect to "banish" Daemons back to the War? As for Fearless, see a return of "instability" which is going to be close to 5th edition Fearless.

As I stated in a previous rumor GW is hell-bent on having each army hate something. Daemons are no different they just seem to hate themselves now.

Taking a look at the Chaos Space Marine and Warriors of Chaos books you can see where this is going. Each Chaos God units will hate a certain other god. This leads into the next rules change right in front of us. Depending on the Daemon's God it will determine the special abilities they get.

Khorne: Furious Charge

Slaanesh: Rending, Run bonus, Fleet

Tzeentch: Re-roll 1s for saves

Nurgle: Slow & Purposeful, Shrouded

Other changes that will surely happen...

Flamers and Screamers are getting nerfed, but the real big change will be Deamons having standard Deployment rules: no more Daemonic Assault.

The big reason Deamons were fast tracked has to do with Alessio Cavatore. Chatting with a few inside GW there has been an everything Alessio purge, and Daemons are the last big chunk of Alessio material left. Yeah, I know it sounds kinda petty, but it was a major impetus to get Daemons done. Daemons will still primarily be an assault based army, but that is the nature of the models having to be used both for Fantasy and 40k. That means Daemons will rely on speed to get across the board. Expect Chariots, warp portals, beasts, cavalry, jump troops to help with all this. Then there is cover saves Nurgle is the first piece of the puzzle, but just like certain Dark Angel things expect a "Clouds of Flies" to provide bonuses to cover saves all around. Chaos Space Marines and Deamons ICs will be able to join each other as long as their gods match up.

Things have been spares from all rumor mongers, but a lot has to do with GW "renewed" lock down; translated GW rumor monger wack'a'mole.

Another good thing to understand is GW is moving quicker with releases than ever before. They had almost an entire year to create a backlog on sculpting and rules. To give you an example, the Chaos Space Marine codex was done in December of 2011. I am not talking about just the rules, but everything the photography, the layout, everything! Dark Angels same thing, done in March 2011. That means Daemons have been done since June and Tau and Eldar compelete or almost complete.

What I am getting at is this is going to be an epic year for releases, with only the Chapterhouse lawsuit and a new CEO possibly getting in the way.

Earlier today I received an email that the next White Dwarf (April's edition/ released in March) was seen, and in it, Tyranids were spotted. Exactly what it was that was seen is still a mystery, but its still exciting to think that our favorite bugs might just be next for some sort of an update or release.

На нашем сайте появились базы к новой игровой системе: Horus Heresy

Horus Heresy - Отдельная игра по правилам Warhammer 40000, выпущенная подразделением Games Workshop - Worgeworld. Она позволяет отигрывать битвы и кампании между легионами космодесанта во время Ереси Гора (что понятно из названия)

Horus Heresy - квинтессенция моего опыта, проверка на прочность и самая сложная работа из всего, что я делал раньше. В течение двух недель по 3-6 часов каждый день я работал, чтобы закончить этот интересный проект. Наслаждайтесь.

В текущей версии недоступна возможность присоединять союзников, а так же не готов армилист механикумом. В остальном всё ок.
