Интересно, кстати, что Швеция. Я подобные вещи про Норвежских фемок читал: https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-most-cont...d-Kj%C3%B8rstad

We made military law gender-neutral, which means women now are conscripted and serve under terms identical to those of men. This was voted in by a unanimous Norwegian parliament, with the sole exception of a tiny conservative christian party — and opposed by most of our Feminist organizations. [1]
We made parental leave gender-neutral (except for a period in connection with childbirth), and dedicated 19 weeks (at 80% your normal pay) to each parent with an additional 19 weeks for the couple to split however they like. Because of cultural factors as well as for breastfeeding-reasons this mostly ends up de-facto meaning 19 weeks for dad and 38 weeks for mom. Our most prominent feminist organizations opposed the change and claims this amounts to discrimination not only of the mother, but also of children. (yes, that’s right, 38 weeks for mom and 19 for dad is discrimination of mom)[2]
We suggested affirmative action in favor of men in a few studies where men make up a small fraction of students. We’ve long had that for women where the situation is the reverse. It was opposed. (but again: happened anyway).
In 2010 we made a law that required all municipalities to have the same services available for abused men as the ones existing for abused women, i.e. victims of things like spousal abuse should get the same help (not necessarily from the same facility though!) regardless of what gender they happen to be. Again, our most prominent feminist organizations opposed the proposal, which passed anyway. [4]
