Грубо говоря, да. Электролип может появиться только после попадания оружием по цели атаки. Электролип не будет проходить по модели, которая совершает атаку таким оружием, выбирается ближайшая модель в 4" от модели, по которой прошла атака оружием, причём электролип , это опциональная штука, которую можно отрабатывать или нет, в зависимости от ситуации.

Карточка нам говорит - 1 и ещё сверху два дополнительно , итого 3 , могут быть взяты в юнит.
