Нет. В плюсах опен топ техники сказали что стрелять может вся начинка, включая хтх, плбс у дэльдаров подчеркнули помоему что смогут стрелять "даже после мува техники на 16"(?). Про отмену файрпойнтов теории, разве что в твиттере чего писали
