Я обнаружил этот текст в английской флафф-библии, которую получил от уважаемой Сфорцы.

"The Draconians were created in the Second Founding from the geneseed of the Salamanders. They were given the world Draconus as their recruiting world, and to build their chapter fortress upon. From this world they take their name, and they recruit the hardened individuals who work the Great Forges of the world, and who have adapted to the great heat and dangers of a world that is covered with volcanic activity.

The Legion has fought continuisly since its Founding in the service of the Imperium and to defend Mankind against the incursions of Chaos, the Ork Hordes, and the ravenous Tyranids. They have been called upon on many occasions to respond to Tyranid invasions due to their special affinity for fire and its effectiveness against the Tyranids. They have developed special tactics to take advantage of their preferred weapons, and the Techmarines have developed unique weapons and vehicles that use the eternal flames of Draconus.

For the thousands of years since the end of the Horus Heresy the Draconians have continued to faithfully serve the Emperor, and even during times of isolation from Earth, the Legion's loyalty and faith has never wavered. The history and lore of the Legion is filled with the heroic deeds of individuals and units as a whole in their service in the continuing struggles against the enemies of Mankind."

Господа, никто не слышал ещё что-нибудь об этом ордене ?

Лексиканум ни об ордене ни о планете не знает.

"The Legion has fought continuisly..." смущает. Легионом они быть не могли, само собой. Видимо, фанатский орден просочился как-то во флафф, вот и всё.

Хм. В английский флафф? Насчет формулировки "легион", это может быть нечто из ранних редакций.

Может кто-то брал и добавлял в свой файл со флаффом все статьи, которые на глаза попадались, вот так и вышло.

А я сам мельком слышал в последнем кодексе Хаоса про варбанду Воинов Дракона, которые тоже обажают огонь...

Очевидно, ганслингеровская ссылка на фанатский орден. Я помнил только название. Должно быть, оно где-то там мне и встретилось.

Хм. В английский флафф? Насчет формулировки "легион", это может быть нечто из ранних редакций.

Тоже впервые слышу о таких. Нигде ранее не видел никаких упоминаний о них, хотя, учитывая, что это орден второго основания, то где-нибудь да должен был наткнуться.

Английский флафф это лабуда еще та. Там все статьи это тупо пересказ, т.к. официальные тексты они использовать во флафф библии не имеют права, ибо варез. Тот же Лексиканум, флафф библия, но много чего нет, и наличествует достаточное количество ошибок в некоторых статьях. ИМХО разумеется

The Dragon Warriors is a Chaos Space Marine warband. The Dragon Warriors are specialists in short-range fire fights. They also prefer the use of Melta and Flame Weapons.

Есть такой орден и у меня есть инфа правда на английском. Там целая статья с описанием родного мира и происхождения.

Да блин у меня инфы и артов по вахе полно точно есть но нет у меня недавно я еще не выкладывал ни чего. Походу официальная там много орденов акулы бульдоги с описанием структуры арты родных планет амуниции.

Home World

Zhoukoudian is a water world, with orbiting space stations linked by gravity lifts to the massive Hives below that rise out of the sea. The original submerged Ecoria have been built upon over the millennia until the cities rose above the sea. Much of the 'hydroponics' is a variant marine (sea) version fully submerged.

Organisation

The dragons are taken from Chinese myth. Dragons are strongly associated with the water element.

The Dragons are a non-codex chapter.

Hainan Hive incident

Notes: Fight between the Dragons and 'Imperialist forces', a 'rouge faction' of the Imperium under the influence of Inquisitor Maximilla Von Napier seeking to gain control of the Dragons. Fight to enforce Space Marine Chapter autonomy.

The Inquisition

Notes: After the successful Dragon taking of Hainan, Inquisitor Maximillia Von Napier made accusations of corruption and links the Dragons to the Alpha Legion, with each dragon being linked to the head of the Hydra. She commandeered two navy battle ships to take on the Dragons but the Dragons infiltrated and destroyed the battleships. Furious at her defeat she left for holy Terra only to die in transit from fever, the ship developed engine problems and her body was returned to Zhoukoudian where it was cremated as part of quarantine control. Her ashes are stored in a secure facility in the Macau Hive complex Alpha. The Dragons have refuse to return the body and after an Inquisitional hearing Maximilla was declaier a heretic.
