насчет XV9 - Дарог, я правильно понял, что кризисы с T5 это тот самый великий нерф, о котором ты говорил?

For the first time, Games Workshop’s globally renowned Warhammer 40,000 universe is to be realised in a feature-length movie on DVD.

Ultramarines is a 70-minute sci-fi thriller that will use CGI and state-of-the-art animation production techniques. Games Workshop is delighted to be working with UK-based production company Codex Pictures, who have the momentous task of bringing the Warhammer 40,000 universe to the screen.

Commenting on the news, Erik Mogensen, Licensing and Acquired Rights Manager for Games Workshop, said, “Over the years, we have been approached again and again by all sorts of producers and film companies wanting to take our intellectual property to the screen. We have always believed that, in the right hands, the stories, themes and characters from the Warhammer 40,000 universe would lend themselves perfectly to the movie genre. We’re working closely with the talented team at Codex Pictures, who have an excellent understanding of the Warhammer 40,000 intellectual property and an inspired vision for the movie. We can’t wait to see our universe come to life on-screen.”

“We’re hugely honoured to be making Ultramarines,” said a spokesman for Codex Pictures. “It’s taken a lot of research and development to get to this stage – and it’s such an exciting challenge to be able to bring the depth and power of the Warhammer 40,000 universe to a brand new medium.”

News of the production of a movie was unveiled at UK Games Day, the biggest event in the Games Workshop calendar, on Sunday, September 27 2009.

Завершены работы по созданию мода к вассалу, добавляющего полностью переработанных под новый кодекс космоволков, кровавых воронов и кучу переделанного терреина.

Remember waaaaaaaaaaaaay back in April when we broke word of this super fancy Dark Angels "Indomitable Fortress" from the Planetstrike book being available in plastic?

Well word bounding around the Lounge courtesy of: reader cerialk says it is headed your way this holiday season, as a full plastic kit for @ $99 USD. It is apparently one of those "gifty" type items Games Workshop release every December as they've done the past few years.

We all know that November sees the release of the new Skaven army book and new range of figures.

But did you also know that Games Workshop are planning some Warhammer 40000 releases and re-releases.

Re-releases include: The Imperial Sector(£48.95), The Imperial Strongpoint(£53.85) and the Space Marine Megaforce(£97.85 contents as yet unknown).

New release include: Ork Megaforce(£97.85 contents unknown) and the Fortress of Redemption(£58.70).

The following was posted at B&C this morning in a rumor thread about a new codex. I did not post this there, just taking it from there and reposting it here:

-The BA 'dex is DONE and complete already.

-New conversion kits similar to the ones made for the space wolves. These kits are said to be EXTRAORDINARY (I mean.. beautiful!), with a level of detail similar to that of the models in space hulk (or even better). (PS this seems quite certain, it has been confirmed by my local GW seller, who also stated some big news about BA may be revealed at the italian games day).

SOME informations about the rules

-The codex will allow the player to field a top notch assault army: assault squads will be a troop choice, with options similar to those of the new gray hunters in the SW dex: 2Xspecial weapons and no heavy weapons at all (of course). Sergents will be similar to those of the SM dex (more options: tunder hummer, LC and such).

- a psionic power called "vortex of blood", or something like that, will give the caster a CC attacks bonus equal to the number of models in base contact (or even in combat radius?! but it would be too powerful..)

-New indipendent characters.

I can't assure these rumors are true, of course. I just TRIED to translate them in english and posted them here.
