Proposed changelog:
Tau
Pulse rifle upgrade no longer adds +5 range to FW (or leader)
SS leader damage vs infantry decreased to 10 (from 25)
EMP grenade AOE reduced to 5
Increase cost of the Vehicle beacon to 300/140 (+40 power)
Eldar
Ranger infiltration: For now, build time increased by 10-15 seconds
Harlequin dance of death damage decreased by 15
Warp spiders jumps decreased to 1.75 (like the necron lord)
Superior optics damage upgrade on warpspiders decreased to 25%, and no longer adds +5 range to reapers.
Decreased damage reduction of Seer Council to 40%
Ork
BM ranged accuracy doubled but damage halved, to remove lottery gun effect
Fighting juice duration decreased to 15 seconds
Trukk damage reduced by 10%
IG
Now start out with 0 vehicle cap, same as in DC
Priest damage bonus decreased to 25%
Dark Eldar
Archon healing rate decreased by 1. Each commander upgrade now increases it by 0.5
Reaver jetbike splinter cannon with targeting molecule damage decreased by 15% and FOTM set to 40%
Raider damage increased by 20%
Sisters of Battle
Missionary ranged and melee damage increased by 20%
Seraphim FOTM (including leader and inferno pistol) decreased to 60%
Angelic visage no longer stacks
Necrons
Forbidden archive cost decreased to 100
Wraith damage reduction decreased to 70%
First power upgrade cost reduced to 300
Upgraded turret infantry damage decreased by 55%
