Incoming: Misty Mountains

Khazad-dыm, nestled below the mighty peaks of the Misty Mountains was once the greatest of all Dwarven holds - a place of beauty, light and artisanship unequalled. Now, however, it is the haunt of Moria Goblins, lumbering Cave Trolls and other, more terrible creatures.

For generations the Dwarves have longed to reclaim their ancestral home, fighting long and bitter wars against the Goblins who have usurped their cherished kingdom beneath the mountains.

This October the battle for dominion is set to intensify as both the armies of the Dwarf Holds and the Misty Mountains receive new reinforcements. With new miniatures for both factions, Good and Evil players have something to look forward to.

For more information about the Misty Mountains releases in October, watch out for future newsletters, keep an on the Games Workshop website and check out October's issue of White Dwarf. Players of the Strategy Battle Game will find rules to accompany all these models in November's issue of White Dwarf.

Не очень приятная новость (ну, или для некоторых не новость) - Лотр в металле больше в розничных магазах продавать НЕ БУДУТ. На мою попытку купить cave drake продавцы в англии заявили, что металлические мини теперь доступны ТОЛЬКО по заказу через нет (полный постепенный переход на файнкаст, видимо).

The Hobbit Официальные новости BOLS

First off we know that GW renewed their licence to make Hobbit/LotR products for years to come. The movie now has an official theatrical release date of December 14th 2012 (and December 13 2013 for part two). We all saw the product rush and emphasis the company placed on the LotR products in both product release slots and White Dwarf, as well as the slowdown of 40k and Fantasy releases to make room for them.

ГВ обновило свою лицензию на выпуск миниатюр Хоббит/Властелин Колец.

Что касается кино, то первую часть фильма мы увидим 14 декабря 2012, а вторую - 13 декабря 2013.

Официальный трейлер

В связи с этим ожидается выпуск новых миниатюр и компаний по миру Толкина за счет задвигания новых проектов по 40к и ФБ.

Но все это будет только после выхода Хоббита в прокат.

Первая часть Хоббита будет называться: The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (Хоббит: Неожиданное путешествие).

Heroic Channeling, which gives access to more powerfull spells

Heroic Accuracy, which gives an accuraccy boost to archery

Heroic Strike, which gives a boost in combat

Heroic March, which gives a movement boost

All monsters gain three power attacks: Barge, Hurl and Rend.

Apparently, Hurl gives you the ability to pick up enemies and throw them.

Rend is apparently useful against models with high defence.

Hand weapons such as swords and daggers allow you to Feint (no clue on what it does)

Two-handed weapons allow you to Bash.

The game remains fully compatible with the current sourcebooks :rolleyes:

ну что, вроде как пронесло.... жаль только, что новыми нурглитами гоблинами я не отважусь разнообразить свою коллекцию )))) , эх , а так хотелось.... ну хоть гномы приятно дополнят мою коллекцию, хоть что-то...

так что пока надо будет раздобыть новые правила, а там будет видно - что к чему....
