для того, чтобы понять себя достаточно просто прислушаться к своим словам. в первую очередь к тем, которые мы говорим другим людям или о других людях.

не суди, да не судим будешь, помнишь?

так вот, смысл, как его вижу я, в том, что когда ты осуждаешь другого человека, на самом деле ты выносишь вердикт себе. назвал кого-то му*аком - что ж, поднимай самооценку.
