Лично я жду двух последних металлических лордов хаоса. А избранные и у ГВ вполне себе ничего.

У меня 19 февраля был предзаказ оплачен, раньше чем 13 июня вряд ли стоит ждать отправки.

З.Ы. Почему то у меня ассоциируется с Мартином и Войной Престолов.

Видимо, раз они начали выпускать отряды, игра будет ориентирована уже не на героев, а на армии...

Очень даже адекватно, я использую в качестве менитера, но вполне сойдет за брузера бсб или тирана.

Скорее да чем нет. Он по стилю похож, даже очень.

WARTHRONE

Это будет уже не сражения героев на арене, но битвы армий.

Warthrone is a miniatures game where each player creates and commands an army of spectacular miniatures and face other players on the tabletop that simulates a battlefield.

Warthrone is the game of fantasy battles in the World of Saga. In Warthrone armies of miniatures face on the tabletop in a furious and tactical simulation of the military conflicts between the species & nations of Saga.

The Hordes of Apocalypse

Cael's army, the Hordes of Apocalypse, is organized into a rigid hierarchical structure. At the top of the hierarchy is Cael, as the supreme authority.

Immediately below Cael in the hierarchy are his four generals, the Four Horsemen of Apocalypse.

Pestilence, the corrupter of flesh

War, the peace breaker

Torment, the pain bringer

Death, keeper of the slain.

Each Horseman of Apocalypse commands a horde made up of a myriad of warriors and creatures created in his image and likeness.

The Heralds & Lords of Apocalypse are next in the military hierarchy: extremely powerful beings (some are Avatars of War) that lead hordes of monstrous warriors, the Warriors of Apocalypse, created and shaped in the image and likeness of their Lord. These warriors are the elite force of these hosts.

Also, many of the barbarian tribes of the Forstlands of Krцnd worship and revere these entities, and can often join a horde of Apocalypse, just to take loot from plunder and killing, or for darker purposes.

From his main stronghold in the Frostlands of Krцnd, Cael, Lord of Apocalypse, launches his armies of death and destruction against The Ward and the Cirlean Empire.

A terrible and insidious enemy, Cael's anger will not be placated until the prophecy becomes true, and the Hordes of Apocalypse, ready to be united and led by the Four Horsemen: War, Death, Torment and Pestilence, will march as one to fight the great battle that will ultimately result in the death of all life in Saga.

Cael, Lord of Apocalypse

In the year 412 BF, Eadric Streona, the Supreme Pontiff, Archbishop of Mercia and chief of the Clirlean Church, was assassinated.

Despite opposition from many personalities, the Grand Redeemer of Cirlea, Leodric Cild was elected by secret ballot, as the new Supreme Pontiff of Rayviel.

Leodric Cild had been the founder of a radical arm within the Cirlean Church, the Redemptionism, which doctrine proclaimed an interpretation of the word of Rayviel far more extreme and strict, the "true religion", and to ruthlessly punish the evildoers.

Leodric Cild had afterwards founded the organism known as the Redemption, and the Witch Hounds of Rayviel, judges and executioners dedicated to extirpate religious heresy, proclaiming himself as the first Grand Redeemer, the highest official authority of the Cirlean Redemption.

In 412 BF, during the Great Cataclysm, Cirlea lived a time of agitation and conflict, and many cults and heretical groups had emerged within it, being the assassination of the Supreme Pontiff, Eadric Streona, the most vile of their acts.

Many regarded Leodric Cild as the ideal figure to succeed the assassinated Pontiff, as an authoritarian figure was desired by many to end the chaos that Mercia and all of Cirlea was submerged into. In 411 BF Leodric was proclaimed Supreme Pontiff of Cirlea and Grand Redeemer.

In his extreme fanaticism, one of the first measures taken by the new Pontiff was to appoint the Grand Redeemer as custodian of the Book of Apocalypse, for he regarded the book of the seven seals as the ultimate weapon to wipe out the entire heresy of Saga.

Over the years the radicalism of the Pontiff grew to unbearable extremes. Redemption interventions multiplied, executing thousands of people indiscriminately after unfounded accusations, sowing distrust and fear among the people towards the Church of Rayviel.

After much pressure from higher strata of social, political, religious and military classes, the Emperor of Cirlea himself along with his elite guard, in an unprecedented move, broke in into the House of Rayviel.

When the Emperor finally reached the Sacred Hall, to everyone's surprise, Leodric offered no resistance whatsoever, rising slowly from his great chair and leaving the hall with an inhuman laughter of madness that chilled the blood of all the present.

Never again was Leodric Cild seen in Cirlea...

The rising

After being banished from Mercia, Leodric fled towards the Darklands, hiding somewhere in the Frostlands of Krцnd There he could carry out his final goal, forever eradicate heresy and sin of the land of Saga, for he had brought with him the Book of Apocalypse and rage and madness now totally controlled his fragile mind.

Surrounded by darkness, under the eternal ice of Krцnd, he got everything ready to open one by one the seven seals of the Book to free the Horsemen of the Apocalypse and create a nightmarish army worthy of his madness, rage and arrogance.

With the opening of the first seal the first rider was released: Pestilence, the corrupter of flesh, riding a pale green monstrous horse.

On opening the second seal, a large red horse in flames was released, mounted by a rider who wielded a great sword: War, to eradicate any sign of peace in Saga.

With the third seal, a black and monstrous creature emerged from the darkness, and another rider sat on it. It carried a scale in each hand, one filled with chunks of corpses, the other full of skulls. Torment, the bringer of torture and eternal pain.

Upon opening the fourth seal, there was a big white horse and a sinister hooded figure wielding a large scythe was riding. Death, keeper of the fallen against the cause of Rayviel, who will return to avenge their blood on those who dwell in the land .

With the fifth seal, Leodric took the Crown of Revelation, which gave him a power equal to that of the gods and the absolute authority over the creatures freed by the Seals and over their followers, and he called himself now Cael, Lord of Apocalypse, for he regarded himself now as one of the Alor.

Cael did not open the sixth and seventh seals, for he knew now that these should be only opened when the Hordes of Apocalypse, ready to be united and led by the Four Horsemen: War, Death, Torment and Pestilence, will march as one to fight the great battle that will ultimately result in the death of all life in Saga.

Very soon we will post the Warthrone rulebook (alpha) and a few army lists for download. It would help a lot if you try the game and let us know your ideas, criticisms and suggestions for improvements through the Warthrone forum.

The purpose of publishing the game in such early stage of development is to create among all the best possible fantasy wargame. Warthrone and the lists for the armies of Saga will always be downloadable for free.

Крупноват он для мародера, а голова наоборот маленькая (с учетом шлема). Впрочем, мутации никто не отменял.

Полюбому возьму такого. Особенно с молотом.)
