В последнее время для магазина стало нормой высылать заказ через месяц, а то и более, с момента оформления, так как постоянно нет в наличии товара. Есть мнение, что они начали работать под покупателя - набрав заказов закупаются у поставщика, и по поступлении рассылают товар на адреса. А на складе опять пусто. Хочется верить, что это связано с переездом, после завершения которого все вернется на круги своя.

Ну у меня вообще печаль и грусть. Некоторые заказанные позиции провисли с июня.

После двух писем, в которых поинтересовался причиной столь длительной сборки и упаковки заказов, мою почту закидали уведомлениями о том, что мои заказы разбиваются-объединяются .... большое количество раз и высылаются.

то что заказывал в середине июля выслали только в конце августа. а другой заказ, сделанный в начале августа полетел ко мне на следующий день. заказывал только вальеху
