Dunno if the RTSCups Tourney is a good choice for Russian Players. So you can join, thats really no problem but if you some russian player goes top 3 its not possible to send the prizes to russia :/ Its only possible to send the prizes within European Nations.

you mean this part? New map-system: The EMS will include a new map-system. Each 1on1 and the 2on2 will have different default maps. These maps have to be played in the first match of the best-of-three match. The loser of the first match is allowed to choose the second map just. If the match will be 1:1 after the second game, the winner of game 1 is allowed to choose the last map. The team captains can decide on their own which players they want to seed on what map. This will be a new tactical feature since all maps give some race there own benefits. Make use of it! The qualifier will be played on two days. The first round starts Saturday 13:00 CET. Until then, you have three hours to play all matches of the war. At 16:00 CET will be the next round with the same rules. Next day 13:00 CET will be the final which decides what clan will get the highseed for the EMS groupstage and what clan will be just randomly seeded. Both final contestants will be qualified for the EMS anyway. The teammanagers of each participating team will have to be at 13:00 CET in the #esl.dow(Quakenet) channel to stay in contact with the admins. It is hardly recommended that one player of the team speaks english or german to be able to communicate with the admins. Hi everyone, it's half-time for the ESL Major Series preparations. 7 teams already got their spots and the last are about to be distributed. This weekend Germany, Russia, Poland, France and USA are getting their last qualifiers. Following up is a "Last Chance Cup" the week after. This "Last Chance Cup" will give all teams which missed or failed in their qualifiers a last chance to qualify in this big cup. For the people who dont know how tu use IRC we have a "ready-to-go" IRC: Download: http://www.united-forum.de/chat/UBZmIRC%200.9.zip Just download it, unzip it and start the mirc.exe then you join directly the channel #united-forum when its started. There you have to change your nickname cause you called UBZ-User. Just type into the chatwindow /nick YOURNICK for example: /nick WW_Toaster to go in a private chat with your opponent or an admin just doubleclick on his nick.

Some of you might already have looked with envy at the German Dawn of War section of the Electronic Sports League. Why do they get a 3on3 Cup and the rest of the world don't? You're right! You asked for it and now finally you get it. Here is the first 3on3 International Team Cup at the ESL! And you don't get a small cup. No, you get the same big cup as those Germans did: Best of Three per match and Double Elimination. And to compensate for the delay we are awarding some prizes to the winning teams. However, the prizes will be announced at a later time. The cup is scheduled to start on Monday, 2nd of April - so no April's fools. Each round is scheduled for one week so there should be plenty of time to organize your games. Signup for the cup is open now. Follow the link below to the cup sub website. You will need to have a team of at least three members to take part in the cup. If you have no team yet in the Electronic Sports League, simply create a new one.
